Smarter Amazon Workflows for E-Commerce Businesses
For brands that sell on Amazon alongside their own store: an agent that reads your Amazon orders, returns and FBA stock, then keeps your spreadsheets, support inbox and Shopify counts in line with them.
42 SKUs checked against the plan. 3 below reorder point. First row:
Read from FBA inventory
- • FBA fulfillable: 118 units. Sold 61 in the last 14 days across US marketplace.
- • Inbound shipment FBA18XZ4 (240 units) is still in 'Receiving' at the fulfillment center.
- • At current sell-through, stock runs out around Oct 3, two days before the inbound is likely to be available.
How can an e-commerce brand automate its Amazon seller operations?
An e-commerce brand automates Amazon operations by giving an agent read access to its Amazon seller data and the systems that sit around it.
- 01
Trigger fires
Each morning the agent pulls new orders, returns and FBA inventory, compares FBA units on hand with the reorder point in your planning sheet, and drafts a replenishment note when a SKU will run short before the next inbound shipment lands.
- 02
Pull yesterday's orders, returns and FBA stock
It logs return reasons by ASIN so a spike in 'item not as described' shows up in a week, not a quarter.
- 03
Compare units on hand with each reorder point
Buyer questions about order status get a drafted answer for your team to send, and anything involving a refund or an A-to-z claim waits in a review queue.
- 04
Log return reasons against each ASIN
- 05
You approve
Anything under your confidence bar waits for a human.
How you tell it what to do
Built in plain English.
You write the rule the way you'd describe it to a teammate. The agent reads the rule, breaks it into the actions it'll take, and confirms the apps it'll touch — before it does anything.
- 1Pull yesterday's orders, returns and FBA stock
- 2Compare units on hand with each reorder point
- 3Log return reasons against each ASIN
- 4Draft replenishment notes and buyer replies for review

Each step the agent takes is logged with what it did, why it did it, and which app it touched. Audit-ready, so security and compliance can sign off without backfilling.

How it works
Get started in three steps
Step 01
Connect Amazon and your planning sheet
Connect your Amazon seller account, the sheet where you keep reorder points, and the support inbox where buyer messages are forwarded.
Step 02
Describe your restock and reply rules
Say which SKUs to watch, how many days of cover you want, and which buyer questions the agent may draft answers for.
Step 03
Approve what ships and what gets said
Replenishment notes and buyer replies wait for your OK. Claims, refunds and mismatched stock counts sit in the queue with the reason attached.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Will the agent change our Amazon listings or prices?
No. On this page the agent reads orders, returns and FBA inventory and writes its findings to the tools you connect around Amazon, such as a planning sheet or Slack. Listing content, prices and ads stay under your team's control in Seller Central.
Can it tell FBA stock apart from what we fulfil ourselves?
Yes. It reads FBA fulfillable, inbound and reserved quantities separately, so a SKU with units stuck in 'Receiving' doesn't look healthy. Merchant-fulfilled SKUs are compared with the stock count in whichever system you tell it holds them, such as Shopify or ShipStation.
Does it answer Amazon buyer messages?
It drafts replies to routine questions like where an order is or how to use a product, for a person to send. It never responds on its own to A-to-z claims, chargebacks or anything that mentions a refund, because those affect your account health.
How does it spot a problem with a product?
Every return is logged against its ASIN with Amazon's return reason and the buyer's comment. When one reason starts repeating for the same ASIN, the agent puts it in the review queue with the recent comments, so you can check a supplier batch before reviews pick it up.
We sell on Shopify too. Does that fit in?
Yes. Connect Shopify and the agent compares its available counts with FBA for SKUs you sell on both. It flags mismatches rather than correcting them, since which number is right usually depends on something only your team knows, like units in transit to your warehouse.
